The Dentists for Kids

The 3 times I have taken my almost 4 year old daughter two the dentist over the last few years I have always been nervous because I myself have dental anxiety. However, I am so grateful for "The Dentist for Kids" who have such a calm, patient way with kids. They are knowledgeable, informative, and very kind. They let me hold my daughter's hand and talked us both through the whole cleaning and x ray process. They give helpful and realistic instructions for preventing plaque build up and what kind of orthodontia we should maybe expect in the future. My daughter was very charmed by her balloon puppy, stickers, and squishy she got to take home in her goody bag. I think she will be way less nervous next visit :).

I brought my child here for a procedure and had the pleasure of working with Dr. Jensen. He was absolutely outstanding, knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. The entire office staff was welcoming, professional, and friendly. The office was clean, well organized, and there was little to no wait time. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and it was always easy to get in touch with the team whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for compassionate, high-quality care for their child.

Miss Kathy was absolutely wonderful! ❤️ She was so kind, patient, and gentle with my little ones. She explained every step of the cleaning to my daughter, which really helped her feel calm and comfortable. She also made us parents feel at ease throughout the visit. Dr. Jensen was also very patient and gentle with my toddler, and answered every question we had. All staff treated us so nice and made us feel so welcomed. I highly recommend this office to any parents, especially if your child is a little nervous about going to the dentist. We had such a great experience and will definitely be back!

We have been patients for over 3 years and haven’t had a negative experience once. Kathy was playful, patient and kind to all three of my kiddos. At this point, all of my kids are easy going about the dentist and don’t dread it one bit- this warms my dental trauma heart LOL.

I have been here for a tongue tie revision for my infant son, teeth cleanings for my two daughters, and an evaluation for tooth pain for my oldest. For both the tongue tie revision and my daughter's emergency visit, they were able to make an appointment for us same day or within 24 hours, which was very appreciated. The tongue tie revision took less than 2 minutes and my son was sleeping in Dr. Jensen's arms when they were finished. His tongue healed perfectly and his follow-up appointment was great. After this first experience, I knew we needed to come back for my other children's dentist visits. My girls love this place. It's clean, there's toys to play with in the waiting room, and all the rooms are themed. Lots of art on the walls, very fun. Cathy did a great job on cleaning my girls teeth. My 3 year old was reluctant to get in the chair, and Cathy was able to sweet talk her into cooperating with no argument. She was non-judgmental and helped me understand exactly what we needed to do differently with each child's dental care. Dr. Jensen is very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and engaging. I'd recommend this dentistry to any parent looking for one.
